What is my beauty blog missing?

I have a beauty blog and accompanying Facebook page. I've been doing it for almost one month, and while things are starting to pick up, I don't have as much traffic as I'd like. I am hoping for honest opinions on what else people would like and any advice anyone has on networking and having a successful blog :-) Thanks in advance!
