Is it hard to get into ucla from out of state?

how hard would it be? i know that only about 9% of their students are out of state. would it be extremely difficult? i have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, 1190 on the SAT (superscore), 33 on ACT, ranked 5 in my class, and play soccer for my school. do you think i could get in?

also do you think it would be possible for me to get a full ride scholarship?

sandra 		Not only it it hard but very expensive for the ones out of state. But it is not impossible and i think you can get in. I think you should be more worried about the fees. And about scholarship it may be hard to get first year. But it depends on your major

alinedion 		EVERY university has its "admissions requirements" clearly posted on their website.
(blows me away that supposedly smart kids with internet access can't think to look)

Only the top-5% of kids nationally end up with full-ride academic scholarships, so I guess that would not include you.
